WRT 125742_S1_M1_cover.pdf, “… because BNT162b2 prevents a serious and life-threatening condition (COVID-19)…” seems to be a fraudulent statement if the data I’ve seen shows that Pfizer knew it did not -prevent- COVID-19. One might argue it helped -reduce- the seriousness (that is debatable), but it does -prevent- COVID-19. Thank you for what you are doing here!

That's an interesting point. I don't know what their legal liability is for statements like that but they did phrase it very strongly. Maybe they would argue that even a few less cases means it "prevents" some cases.

Also thank you for the kind words. A lot of people are looking into these documents but very few of them are familiar with either the regulations involved or how companies document the testing of their products. I hope this work will save people a lot of time by explaining some of the details that they might spend a long time researching on their own.

Well, as I look at my original, I see I think faster than I type because in the last line I meant to say it does NOT prevent COVID-19.

Yeah, my degrees are in chemistry and biochemistry, and I worked in regulatory enforcement for Cal-EPA. These documents drive me nuts! The things I tend to look for are plain English reading of the text or look at the regulatory intent, but the law is torturous and so many loopholes. But I think there is a lot of damaging info here in, hence Pfizer delisting itself to try to protect the corporate body, I guess. I suppose that leaves the responsible individuals twisting in the wind....
